Overview
We have acquired a retail investment portfolio focused on out-of-town retail destinations across the retail park and food superstore sub-sectors.
The portfolio comprises in excess of 1 million sq ft of space and benefits from long unexpired lease lengths, a high level of occupancy and low average passing rents. Our acquisition strategy falls into three retail categories:
Investments - the core of our portfolio, comprising multi-let schemes offering a full programme of asset management opportunities including lease re-gears, unit subdivision, extensions and tenant mix improvements.
Partnering - working closely with specific retailers to help them unlock opportunities to reconfigure or grain representation on schemes.
Redevelopments - longer term schemes with favourable planning outlook, attractive demand/supply dynamics and diverse occupier appeal.
